Returning Vendors: 2020 Returning Vendor Applications were in the Check-in Packet at the 2019 Festival. Replacement forms can be found by clicking on the Returning Vendor button. Applications received after the due date on the form are not guaranteed their same booth location.
New Vendors: Applications will be available soon. All new 2020 vendor applicants must submit the New Vendor Application Form, and photos of their products & booth set up. These will be reviewed by the festival committee. Please read the paragraph below to see if your products might qualify.

To be considered, please complete the appropriate application in full. Links to each application and the fair grounds map can be found in the column to the right.
All applications are reviewed by the Festival Committee and selection is made on a case by case basis, we look for unique, hand made, locally raised and/or produced products,
Vendors are required to have at least 70% natural fiber/fiber animal or fiber arts related products. Other non-fiber vendors will be considered on a individual basis. Direct sales vendors (thirty-one, pampered chef, origami owl...) will not be considered or accepted.
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN SNAPSHOT
Begins Friday, September 11th, 2020 between 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Additional set-up on Saturday, September 12th, 2020 between 7:00 am – 9:00 am.
Complete set-up before the gates open at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 12th, 2020.
Dismantling and clean up is on Sunday, September 13th, 2020 between 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
