Returning Vendors:Your returning vendor applicationmust be postmarked no later than November 30, 2018. Applications after the postmark date will be treated as a new application and previous booth space will not be guaranteed. All applications are subject to review by the festival committee.
DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITH APPLICATION. You will be notified via e-mail by December 30, 2018 if you are accepted for 2019.
New Vendor Applications will be available January 1st. all New Vendor applications must include photos of product and booth set up and will be reviewed by festival committee.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Endless Mountains Fiber Festival!To be considered, please complete the appropriate application in full. Links to each application and the fair grounds map can be found in the column to the right.
All applications are reviewed by the Festival Committee and selection is made on a case by case basis, we look for unique, hand made, locally raised and or produced products,
Vendors are required to have at least 70% natural fiber/fiber animal or fiber arts related products. Other non-fiber vendors will be considered on a individual basis. Direct sales vendors (thirty-one, pampered chef, origami owl...) will not be considered or accepted.
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN SNAPSHOT
Begins Friday, September 6th, 2019 between 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Additional set-up on Saturday, September 7th, 2018 between 7:00 am – 9:00 am.
Complete set-up before the gates open at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 7th, 2018.
Dismantling and clean up is on Sunday, September 8th, 2018 between 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
